To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to re-sell your holiday, the following minimum cancellation charges (as a percentage of the total booking cost) shall apply:

- From booking to no later than 30 days from the booking date or 100 days prior to the event date (whichever comes first): 10%

- Thereafter, until 70 days prior to the event date (check your booking to see the exact date): 40%

- Within 70 days, or less, prior to the event date (check your booking to see the exact date): 100%

Refunds (if owed) shall be made to the payment card used for the original payment within 30 days after the cancellation has been confirmed. No exceptions to the deadlines listed within this clause can be made.
